I ask for deposits on appointments when I tour certain areas where I have been to before and had a large amount of no call no shows on the bookings. The deposit will confirm our appointment and be credited towards our time together or applied to any travel expenses. My time is just as valuable as your doctors or your lawyers time is to them. When I set time aside to see you that means I turn down others who may request that same time slot. So if you do not show up I have lost money. If you cancel your slot I will always be more then happy to reschedule with you but I do not return deposits paid for requested meetings for the reasons listed above.
